A Presenter from End of Life Choices California will host a Q & A on the Medical Aid in Dying Act, Advance Care Planning, and Health Care Directives
Want to plan out your end of life care options to make an easier transition for you or someone you love? This informational session will be an overview of End of Life Options and briefly describe choices such as discontinuing or declining medical treatments, palliative care, hospice care, voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED) and California’s End of Life Option Act, also called Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD), along with how to get help writing HealthCare directives, Advance Care Planning, and other End of Life topics. A volunteer from End of Life Choices California will present and be available to answer questions on this topic.
