Sue is here to guide you through the powerful movements of Dayan Qigong and to talk about the different holistic approaches Qigong can offer to your life. Dayan Qigong is a health care practice of gentle yet powerful exercises and movements that treat pain and illness, enhance your overall health, longevity and sense of well being.
Join us the second Monday of every month at 10:00am. Each session will include a series of Qigong warmups and movements followed by a seasonal self care discussion.
