#DixonRocks Family Art Night

after-hours!

Join us after-hours at the library while we rock out to cool tunes and spend time together expressing our creativity.

Join us every first Friday of the month from 5:30pm - 6:30pm for #DixonRocks! 

Based on the popular #KindnessRocks movement, each month we dedicate some time to adding a little colour to our community. Drop in, paint a rock, and leave it somewhere where another can find it and smile! Unsure where to share your rock? Consider local parks, near public benches, or anywhere you happen to be walking by, yourself! If you'd like to keep your art-rock, consider sharing a photo online and tagging it with #KindnessRocks and #DixonRocks! 

All supplies are provided. If you'd like to bring your own rock to paint, feel welcome! Aprons are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis so we strongly recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don't mind getting acrylic paint on.
