Join the Master Preservers for a workshop on sourdough!

The workshop will explain what sourdough is, how to make a sourdough starter, and how to maintain and store your starter. This presentation will teach you to manage your sourdough starter so your sourdough is ready when you want to bake with it. We will discuss the many ways in which you can use sourdough starter (not just bread making) and some uses for your discard, which always tugs at your heart to throw away.

Each participant will receive starter to take home with them!
