Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage month and join us for a bold and flavorful journey through Korea’s most iconic dish—kimchi! Kimchi is fermented dish made from seasoned vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage and radish. Rich in history, probiotics, and culinary creativity, kimchi is celebrated for its health benefits and dynamic taste.
This free tasting event will feature a selection of different kimchi varieties, such as napa cabbage, white kimchi, and perilla leaf, along with insights into its cultural significance, preparation methods, and health benefits. Whether you're new to kimchi or a longtime fan, this is a great opportunity to explore the diversity of this delicious dish.
NOTE: KIMCHI IS SPICY! SPICY FOOD-LOVERS ONLY! Please also note that most of the kimchi we will be having is not vegetarian or vegan-friendly.
