Learn how to do low-impact Chair Yoga from Coach Sara!
Coach Sara will be hosting Chair Yoga at the Rio Vista Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Come learn how to exercise, stretch, and center your mind, all while using chairs for stability. This is the most gentle type of yoga, and is great for those who want to help their balance and those with limited mobility/balance. Join the class!
