“Afternoon Adventures” is a series of programs for kids to have after-school fun, with a different activity each month. All school age children and their families are welcome.

“Afternoon Adventures” is a series of programs for kids to have after-school fun, with a different activity each month. All school age children and their families are welcome. This month, kids will have the opportunity to learn about diverse cultures of Latin America through food and activities in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month. Participants will receive a bilingual culinary passport, sample different foods, and learn about the origins of where the food comes from. 

Food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last.

Aventuras de la Tarde es un serie de programas para los niños se diviertan despues de la escuela con una actividad diferente cada mes. Todos los niños en edad escolar y sus familias son bienvenidos. Este mes, los niños tendrán la oportunidad de aprender sobre diversas culturas de América Latina a traves la comida y las activdades en honor al Mes Nacional de la Herencia Hispana. Los participantes recibirán un pasaporte  culinario bilingüe, probarán diferentes comidas y aprenderán sobre los orígenes de la comida. 

La comida estará disponible por orden de llegada y hasta agotar existencias.
