About the instructor:
With over a decade of experience teaching breathwork and meditation since 2011, Harsha Golla brings a compassionate and practical approach to mindfulness. He currently teaches mindfulness classes across Capitola, Aptos, and at the Fairfield and Vallejo libraries, helping people of all levels find calm, focus, and balance in their daily lives. His approach focuses on helping people improve focus, create daily moments of solitude, and cultivate deep relaxation.
