Join MenoWell Vallejo for an Menopause Education Workshop at the JFK Library. This interactive workshop will cover menopause and perimenopause, symptoms, and tools for wellness, and self-advocacy.
We are excited to invite you to MenoWell Vallejo’s Menopause Education Workshop: Tools for Symptom Management, taking place in person on Tuesday, January 14, from 6–8 PM at the JFK Library.
MenoWell Vallejo is a community-based initiative led by medical students dedicated to improving awareness, education, and access to care for menopause and perimenopause in Solano County. Through workshops and community events, we aim to provide practical tools, trusted information, and supportive spaces so individuals feel empowered to navigate this important stage of life.
This interactive, student-led workshop is designed to offer education, discussion, and peer support around menopause and perimenopause in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Participants will learn about common symptoms, evidence-based strategies for symptom management, and ways to advocate for their health and wellness. Light snacks will be provided.
Workshop Highlights
This workshop is open to all members of the Vallejo and Solano County community who are interested in learning more about menopause care and wellness.
We encourage attendees to share this event with friends, family, and community members who may benefit. Together, we can foster knowledge, support, and empowerment around menopause.
