About the Instructor:
Harsha Golla(He/Him) has been practicing meditation since 2007 and leads group sessions at the Aptos Library in Santa Cruz and the Fairfield Civic Center Library. He makes mindfulness practical and easy to apply, helping participants use every session to improve focus, calm, and clarity in daily life.
