Understand commercial tenant protections in California under SB 1103 (Commercial Tenant Protection Act). Attorneys answer general questions related to your rights regarding repairs, CAM fees, terminating your lease, and navigating rent negotiations.
This virtual workshop will be provided by Legal Services for Entrepreneurs (LSE), a program of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area (LCCRSF) that provides free transactional legal assistance to low-income, underserved, and community-focused entrepreneurs. LSE helps businesses facing displacement and barriers to economic opportunity with entity formation, contracts, commercial leases, and intellectual property.
