Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”) session designed to help calm the nervous system, release mental fatigue, and invite profound rest. Unlike traditional yoga, Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down comfortably while being guided through breath awareness, body relaxation, and meditation. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Research on Yoga Nidra and NSDR has been associated with several benefits, including:
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Lower mental fatigue and rumination
- Improved sleep quality
- Better emotional regulation
- Increased relaxation and calmness
