Learn about Oaxacan Mexican cuisine and taste delicious food from Fairfield restaurant Oaxaca Cuisine!

Celebrate Latino Heritage Month by joining us for a delicious afternoon with local restaurant Oaxacan Mexican Cuisine! They will talk about their cultural inspiration for their restaurant and showcase three traditional Oaxacan dishes for you to taste: 1) Mole 2) Squash Blossom Quesadillas and 3) Tetelas: triangular masa pockets stuffed with black beans and topped with Mexican cheese!
