Fairfield Civic Center Library
Becker Balmer Meeting RoomPartnering with FSUSD Extended Learning Program to celebrate students who wrote books over the summer time.
We are thrilled to share some exciting news—your child is now a published author!
This summer, your child participated in a special writing project through ELO-P in partnership with WRiTE BRAiN. Throughout the project, students used their creativity, imagination, and writing skills to develop their very own stories. Their hard work has now become something they can hold in their hands: a professionally published book!
To celebrate this incredible accomplishment, we invite you and your family to join us for a special Young Authors Celebration at the Library.
During this special event, students will:
● Receive their very own published book
● Have the opportunity to read an excerpt from their book aloud
● Be recognized and celebrated as an official published author
● Meet the WRiTE BRAiN creators
● Share this exciting accomplishment with family, friends, and our ELO-P community
Please see the attached event flyer for additional details.
Publishing a book is an accomplishment worth celebrating, and we would love for our young authors to have their families there to cheer them on. We strongly encourage you to attend and help us make this a memorable moment for your child.
We are incredibly proud of the creativity and hard work our students demonstrated this summer, and we cannot wait to celebrate their success with you!
Congratulations to our newest published authors!
Warmly,
FSUSD Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P)
