Artist Michael Rowley returns to teach more water color techniques and JOY! Create a watercolor painting you will love! Michael Rowley's artwork can be found on his website, Creative Ki. He is an experienced teacher with Vallejo Teaching Artists.

Supplies will be provided for attendees to share during the class thanks to the generosity of the Fairfield Suisun Friends of the Library. You are also welcome to bring your own supplies if you prefer. We will use a school set of watercolor paints, small brush, and large brush.

There are a limited number of seats available for this program. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend. 

Adults are the primary audience for this event.
