Party in the library! Celebrate Fairfield Civic Center Library’s 50th ’70s style with live music, dancing, costumes, cake, family activities and more. It definitely won’t be quiet in the library!

Fairfield Civic Center Library opened its doors in 1976, and we’re celebrating 50 years ’70s style!

Join us for a party in the library with fun for all ages. Dance to funky ’70s music performed by a live band, dress up for our costume contest for kids, teens and adults, and enjoy a special children’s program, face painting, balloon twisting, trivia, birthday cake, a piñata and more.

Come celebrate 50 years with us—and bring your dancing shoes. It won’t be quiet in the library!
